Construction of a 9,650 square foot, 2-story, 4-tenant office building. The site is approximately .58 acres which is predominantly paved surfaces with accent landscaping. RMA cleared, grubbed, graded and prepared the compacted base. The building is constructed on a reinforced concrete slab-on-grade with a structural steel interior frame and metal stud perimeter shear-wall. The 1st floor partition walls are metal stud. The 2nd floor system consists of engineered wood beams and tongue-and-groove wood decking. The 2nd floor walls and roof framing are wood. The 1st floor exterior is a combination of stacked stone and cypress-plank siding with cedar trim and aluminum clad, operable, wood windows. The building entrance features a stucco portal with recessed wood door, side-lites, and arched transom.
