RMA constructed a 3,362 square foot block masonry addition on concrete slab and footings to an existing warehouse for the City of Birmingham. Also included in the new warehouse is a 12’ x 12’ office with air conditioning and quartz/epoxy flooring. The roof is framed with engineered wood roof trusses and has a dimensional shingle with a ridge vent. The new warehouse has three mechanically operated overhead doors, two gas heater units overhead, and an exhaust fan with motorized dampers.
