Management Agent: J. H. Berry & Gilbert

Work consisted of renovating four areas of a three-story downtown office building. Unisex Handicap Bathroom renovations included demolition of a portion of an existing bathroom and adjoining space; cutting and jack hammering floors for new waste lines; pouring concrete in troughed floors; installing new water lines, vents, and fixtures for new water closet and lavatory; framing and installing sheetrock on the new partition walls; reworking existing ceiling grid and tile; cutting an existing rated wall and installing a new door and frame. This wall had existing vinyl wallcoverings that required very selective demolition; installing all necessary handicap bars and bathroom accessories; installing new ceramic tile and base; and painting the new bathroom. One tenant area included demolition of an unoccupied office space with removal of debris through an occupied building; framing of new partition walls; installing new plumbing roughs for exam rooms; installing new electrical roughs; reworking existing HVAC; installing, finishing and painting new sheetrock; installing new grid and ceiling tile; installing new doors, frames and hardware; installing new casework at waiting areas and exam rooms; painting throughout with new floor coverings and baseboards.
