Project includes a 3,000 sf wrap around administrative office area at the northeast building corner location, asphalt paved roadways and parking, loading dock with roll-up doors, and site improvements consisting of storm drains and sanitary sewer. The pre-engineered metal building system has a metal seam roof system, and metal wall panels with a translucent light panel.
