RMA constructed a 10,000 sf clear span pre-engineered metal warehouse on concrete slab and footings. Work also included a connected facilities office of concrete masonry split-face block and standing seam roof of 4,700 sf. Interior finishes include carpet, ceramic tile, VCT, HVAC, plumbing, electrical with fire alarms, and communication system. Site work consisted of 2 acres with site improvements of storm drains with inlets, waterline, sewer line, head-mounted transformer, and fencing. RMA had to work around an existing gas main and maintain undisturbed 30-inch coverage of gas main while working required site slopes.
