Renovation of an entire floor (approximately 30,000 square feet) that included complete demolition of existing offices, exam rooms, waiting room, reception area, and handicapped bathrooms. Constructed new walls and doors; installed new data/communication cabling; rerouted electrical distribution panel and interior wiring; relocated plumbing fixtures and removed and capped plumbing lines; installation of new carpet, VCT, and wall finishes; installed casework. This work done entirely at night and after hours. The work area was cleaned up every night so that the facility was completely operational during normal work hours.
