Renovation of Hospital Administration Building

RMA renovated four floors, 172 rooms and over 29,200 square feet to support a VA Infrastructure Consolidation. The work involved converting former patient rooms into office space. RMA removed medical gas bed fixtures and associated piping, relocated two audiology booths and removed walls and doors. Renovation of the interior included constructing new walls and doors; installing new data/communication cabling; rerouting electrical distribution panel and interior wiring; relocating plumbing fixtures and removing and capping plumbing lines; installation of new carpet, VCT, and wall finishes throughout the project footprint.

Overall Project Performance -Exceptional, defined as. Performance met all contract requirements and exceeded many to the government's benefit. Problems, if any, were negligible and were resolved in a timely, highly efficient manner. They have always been very professional and have conducted business in a way that is fair to themselves and to the Government. They work hand in hand with the owner to insure that the project succeeds.
